The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of an account is your consent expressed by checking the checkbox when signing up for the account. You can withdraw such consent at any time, which is tantamount to deleting your account. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of an account is Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR, i.e. the processing of your personal data is necessary to perform the service provision contract to which you are a party. The data is processed for the duration of our website’s operation, unless you resign from having an account on our website, which will result in immediate deletion of the data from the database.
Orders.
When placing an order, you must provide your personal data necessary to complete the order, i.e. name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address. You can also provide additional data, such as information about your business activity. If you have previously provided such data in your user account, these data will be automatically entered into the order form, but you always have the option of modifying them. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data contained in the order is the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). The data provided in the order form will be saved in the database and stored there for the period specified in the law (limitation of claims under the concluded contract and the period specified in the provisions of tax law). Each order is recorded as a separate item in the database. In addition to personal data, order details are also recorded, such as the date of placing the order, the subject and value of the order, and the selected delivery and payment method.
Newsletter.
Via the website, you can subscribe to our Newsletter containing information about new products, promotions, products and services related to our activity on the Internet. To send the Newsletter, we only need an e-mail address. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of the Newsletter is Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR, i.e. the processing of your personal data is necessary to perform the service provision contract to which you are a party. You can unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter at any time. The data is processed for the duration of the Newsletter’s operation, unless you unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter, which will result in immediate deletion of the data from the database.
Complaints and withdrawal from the contract.
If you submit a complaint or withdraw from the concluded contract, you provide us with personal data contained in the content of the complaint or declaration of withdrawal from the contract, i.e. name and surname, residential address, telephone number and e-mail address.
The data provided to us in connection with submitting a complaint or withdrawing from the contract is used to implement the complaint procedure or the procedure for withdrawing from the contract (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
The data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the complaint or withdrawal procedure.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data in such a case is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us.
