Return Policy
1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
1.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. 1.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires physical possession of the goods. 1.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). The customer may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
2.1. If the customer withdraws from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from them, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if the customer chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from this contract. 2.2. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. 2.3. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Return of Goods
3.1. The customer should send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 3.2. The customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 3.3. The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
4.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of services if the service has been fully performed with the customer’s prior express consent;
- for the supply of goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- where the customer has specifically requested a visit from the trader to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance. If, during such a visit, the trader provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the customer or supplies goods other than replacement parts necessarily used in performing the maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or goods.
